I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was good; it was in the center of the town...

The Hotel offer confort and facilities compatible with the price of the room.The location is very good for business and shopping. The restaurant offer good conditions for the breakfast and the dinner.

The room here was spacious with comfortable large beds, and the location was wonderful, plus the staff was friendly and attentive.

Had a really nice time here! the prices for food were pretty fair 🍔 and the staff was really on top of things, giving us great attention.

I had to change my original Luxury room to a Luxury Master room due to a problem with the air conditioning. I had to pay for the upgrading myself which I don't think was appropriate (since the Luxury Master room wasn't quite as promised either). The Luxury rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The Luxury Master rooms are quite good. Some of the staff had poor english language skills and some were abrupt.

Except for the location, didn't like a thing! The staff at the reception have no training at all. We waited for a room for 4 hours while other people coming later than us got a room!!! Room was supposed to be non- smoking...I Went donw to get the room sprayed as previous guest had smoked in the room but they never came up with a spray can! They also have an agreement with my company, never honored. Their excuse was that the hotel was full....that's weird as having the hotel full is one more reason to honor their agreement! Very bad attitude, totally unprofessional.

The staff here was attentive and quickly resolved any issues, the hotel's location is central, and the Matriz district is definitely worth exploring.

The hotel was really nice and even better were the hotel staff. Marcelo and Samira at the front desk was amazing and truly helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Also the bell boy (can't remember his name) was also very friendly and helpful.

Very nice spacious rooms, nicely refurbished. Very comfy beds and pillows. Quiet. Nice staff. Great cable tv package.

Bathtub badly stained, very unattractive and a let down. No robes, towels quite old and hard. Breakfast could be better - kept running out of things and took ages to replace.

Le personnel attentionné et aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Spa couvert avec vue sur le jardin et la piscine. Propreté impeccable.

I recently stayed at Slaviero Centro in Curitiba for a week and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is in a great location right in the city center. The room was spacious and recently renovated, with excellent air conditioning which was essential given the outside temperature. The breakfast was good and the overall service was very personal and impeccable. One of the best value hotels I've come across in my years of traveling. Congratulations to the staff for providing such a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere.
